Delia knew that entering sector four of Isafaro that was now ran by the Resistance was risky business. She had a good reputation with the Crimson Vulture and didn't want to give them any ideas that may ruin that reputation and the business her company could do because of it. But she also had business with the Isafaro Resistance. In truth she was on neither side of the war effort, but there was money to be made regardless.
Delia traversed through the war torn streets, yet there were children playing in the roads and people living in peace. It seemed the Resistance way of living may not have been so crazy after all. While it wasn't as lively as the other sectors under Vulture control, and a little worn around the ears, it felt like a good alternative to the Isafaro government. And that was one of the reasons why Delia wanted to meet with them.
