History: Little is known about Kragen's past. All that is on file is that he was born and raised in Isafaro, was drafted into the Isafaro's military at age eighteen and became one of its best and most legendary soldiers. Having a kill record still unmatched to this day. He became General Vulture favorite soldier and paved the way for the Crimson Three to become as good as they were.
However, Kragen's heart soon awoke to justice and he disliked the way General Vulture ran Isafaro. Wanting a better life, Kragen went AWOL and betrayed the Crimson Vulture and began to fight against it. He joined the Isafaro Resistance under the command of Imai Katayo and Logan S. Gunn and now works side by side the alien Garrus Vakranian to overthrow the current form of government and replace it with a democracy.
