History: Delia Stonewall was born and raised in Isafaro and became a prodigy child within Isafaro's school system. When she became eighteen she was drafted into the Isafaro military tech group for her superior intellect and even used in its research department. She mainly dealt with technology and genetic research until she was relieved from the military and went on to create the Stonewall Organization to further assist the Vulture military.
Delia went on to become very good with both basic and advance tech. Creating the Type I armor suit to fend off against invaders and supernatural creatures. As well as using her training from the Vulture military to manage her various weapons, the armor, and to engage in combat. Delia is now C.E.O. of Stonewall and creates more tech and medicine to help the people of Isafaro.
