The TARDIS had been badly damaged by the Dalek fleet. She knew she couldn't compete with these kind of numbers. The Daleks had waged war with the Time Lords and been a formidable enemy in the Time War for a reason. Taking on an entire fleet was suicide. She had to get out of there and fast. She flipped her switches and made for the designation of Jenesis.
The TARDIS reappeared and then crash into the backyard of somebody's house as it took the form of a public library. And she couldn't change it something more subtle. Great, now her TARDIS exterior would always be a public library. It was fitting, but still limiting. The Librarian got out of the TARDIS and proceeded to perform maintenance on it. She had to get it back in the air before the residents of Jenesis knew she was even here.

Mary heard a loud crashing noise erupted outside her house from the rear. She came up to her bedroom's window which had a nice view of the backyard of the house and that's when she saw it. A woman standing in front of a public library that was letting out smoke from its doors. What in the world was going on.
"You there! What do you think you're doing? Why is there a public library outside my house?"

Shoot! A civilian. That was the last thing the Librarian needed right now. Humans were just full of questions. Questions, questions, questions! They never stopped! They never ceased! They never just shut up!
"It's not a library!"
The Librarian went over to another part to perform repairs with her sonic notepad.
"Well, it's part library. It's all rather complicated. I'm going to need you to close your curtain and pretend you didn't see anything. I'll be gone in a flash."

"I will do no such thing! I want you to explain to me why there's a smoking public library building outside my bedroom! Are you an alien or something?"
Mary didn't know how close she was to the truth. Aliens weren't uncommon on Jherra. Superman was an alien. Supergirl was an alien. There were all kinds of aliens in Isafaro and the rest of the world. So why not here?

"I told you it's complicated!"
The Librarian continued to attempt to fix her TARDIS, but with the distraction from the Jenesis native made it more difficult to do so. As she went from one side to the next processing the damage.
"Don't even think about coming out here!"

"Oh, I'm coming out there! Don't you dare leave! I'll be right down!"
Mary grabbed a jacket to put over her PJs and then descended the staircase of her house and came out the back door of the house. With her arms hugging her body she came up to the Librarian and looked at both her and the steaming public library now outside her living quarters.
"What is this, huh? What is all this?"

"Don't you dare!"
Too late. The woman was down on ground level with her asking questions when all the Librarian wanted to do was fix her TARDIS and get out of there. This was just insane. Why did all the places she had to crash land did it have to be in freaking Moon Valley!?
"It's my ship alright!? It's my bloody ship!"

"Aha! You are an alien! I knew it! What planet are you from huh? Huh!?"
Mary was nosy. Very nosy. This alien might have meant them peace, or it might've meant them war. There was no way to really tell yet. Mary was on her guard, but didn't have a weapon on her to defend herself. But she would continue to be direct and confrontational to keep the alien on her toes.

"I'm a Time Lady! I'm from the planet Gallifrey and this is my TARDIS. I'm trying to fix it and as soon as I do I'll be on my way and you can forget you ever saw me."
The Librarian was annoyed by this human to say the very least. She didn't understand why the Doctor was so fascinated by them. They lived incredibly small lives and were hard headed. Not to mention all the violence and sex. Good lord.

"What's a TARDIS?"
Mary was curious and intrigued somewhat. Mary thought this woman was just another run of the mill alien, but a Time Lady? What was that? Gallifrey? What was that? Mary would stick with her first question first however. Not wanting to overwhelm the alien with questions even though she was starting to think she already is.

"Time And Relative Dimensions In Space. It's a time machine."
The Librarian had forgotten just how many questions a human could ask in one space. It's like they knew nothing. Such an old species, but they live very short lives. Unlike Time Lords who could live for thousand of years and keep regenerating to cheat death. Not that she had felt the sting of regeneration just yet. She was still on her first incarnation. Her first life.
"Do you have anymore stupid questions that's going to prevent me from fixing it?"

"Time machine? You have a time machine? You're a time traveler? Are you from the future?"
Mary was even more intrigued. An actual time traveler fell in her backyard. But how? Why? It didn't seem like this woman wanted to say, and Mary only frowned. Why did people from the future have to be so freaking rude?
"You're really not a people person are you?"

"I'm actually from the past."
The Librarian continued the repairs on the TARDIS as this woman kept asking her questions. When she made the comment that the Librarian wasn't a people person the Time Lady gave off a snort.
"How would you feel if you were in the middle of something very important and some idiot was interrupting you with stupid questions? You wouldn't feel so great now would you?"
The Librarian then opened the doors of the TARDIS and turned back around to face the woman.
"Don't you dare follow me inside."
She then slammed the doors shut.

"And who are you calling an idiot? Do you think you're better than me, alien?"
Mary watched as the woman went back inside her time machine and Mary wasn't going to have any of it. She rolled up her sleeves and then pulled open the library's doors and entered the TARDIS to find...

She would find a large golden control room with the Librarian shuffling around a six panels console trying to repair the damage to the TARDIS. June then looked over to the doors to see they were still there and that the woman had entered the TARDIS.
"Oh, bloody hell! What part of don't follow me in here didn't you understand?"
