[Albert Wesker]

Wesker was walking along the empty streets of Isafaro as it was two hours passed curfew. A restriction set upon the sector after sector four was taken by the Isafaro Resistance group. The only people who were out and about on the streets now were those directly tied to the Vulture, or those tied to the Resistance.

Wesker entered a bar that was about to close. But his resources got him inside. There was a man inside with a suitcase and a phone and Wesker brought up his own briefcase and set it on the table. Opening it and revealing hard cash as he turned it around and pushed it towards the man.

"This is what I offer you if you defect from the Resistance and tell us everything you know about sector four."

The man looked up and grinned as he opened up his own suit revealing automatic weapons.

"The Resistance has few bodies, but clever minds. The Ex-Soldier and an alien piece of shit. Also led by a woman and a man who I've never even seen. They're hanging on by horse strings. How they manage to take a sector is anyone's guess.

"All I need to know is how to get in."

"The southern side is still vulnerable. Come in with an army and you can take back what rightfully belongs to the Vulture. Now, how about my money?"

"Of course. Here it is."

Wesker took out a gun and shot the man in the head killing him instantly. He then closed his briefcase with the cash and the briefcase with the automatic weapons and took both out of the pub and into his car outside. He then went to the driver.

"Take these back to the base. I have some other matters to intend to."

The driver nodded and took off as Wesker waited for someone else to arrive.

[Kane]

Kane had been watching the entire affair from one of the allies that had windows into the bar. Wesker's ability to manipulate others and gather information was impressive. He would make a strong and powerful ally for the Brotherhood of Nod, but Kane would have to be careful not to fall prey to his trap should he think to betray him.

Kane came out of the shadows and smiled over at Wesker who now stood in the street corner. It was late at night and the Vulture troops were out and about, but they paid no mind to Wesker's business as he was seen as a loyal and brave member of the Vulture family. At least for now.

"Definitely impressive. And what do you intend to do with so much money and illegally acquired weapons?"

Wesker grinned at Kane. The two have been in talks for a while. Kane wanted to establish a foothold into the Black Desert, and Wesker wanted to his own sector for himself. Something out of the watchful eye of the Vulture. The money and weapons would fund a private army rather well, or could pay for a Nod intervention.

"That's what I brought you here to discuss. Vulture would love to have an ally in the desert that wants the Jherrazad Empire to be destroyed. In return for me winning back the lost sector we could join forces with the Vulture to eliminate Empress Ranko and her desert Empire once and for all."

[Kane]

"Are you making me a proposition?"

Kane was intrigued by the prospect. Isafaro was a strong powerhouse and would make a good ally to fend off the Jherrazad Empire and later Aircano and allow him territory in the black desert. They could even take out Moon Valley as well. But he had to be careful who he trusted here.

"Of course it would be good to hear from the General himself. If you can arrange a meeting with him for me that is."

[Albert Wesker]

"A meeting with the General can be arranged if you do something for me first."

Wesker took out a cell phone and clicked a button. The screen then showed footage of a Vulture research center in one of the sectors showing undead zombies and other monsters lingering inside the facility.

"An experimental virus called the T-Virus has been leaked in a research facility in sector eleven. If you and your mean can go in and retrieve the virus sample and eradicate the infected presence and keep it from spreading I'll give you your meeting with General Vulture. Do we have a deal?"

[Kane]

"A most unfortunate situation indeed, and while I'm always willing to help out a friend of the Brotherhood, why do you need me? I'm sure you and Vulture men are plenty capable to clean up that little mess."

Kane wasn't looking to have his faction used to clean up other people's messes. Allies or not. He didn't want to be used by this Albert Wesker. He wanted to know why he needed Kane to do this task when he had a whole army of men at his disposal while Kane only had a few good men.

[Albert Wesker]

"I by no mean intend to use you and your faction to do my dirty work. Think of this as a chance to show General Vulture what you can do. By cleaning up this little mess in sector eleven the General would be in your debt and you'd have some leverage when dealing with him in the future. What do you say?"

[Kane]

Albert Wesker was proving to be very persuasive to Kane. Having leverage over General Vulture and proving his faction capable of cleaning up such a mess did appeal to Kane. Especially if he wanted assistance in dealing with the black desert cities later down the line.

"Very well. I'll put my commander on the task and mobilize the troops. Your research facility will soon be cleansed and then I expect a meeting with the General as soon as our work in sector eleven is done."

[Albert Wesker]

"I knew you'd see it my way before too long."

Wesker smirked and then another armor car came up behind him and parked right by his position. Wesker opened the back seat and climbed inside the car, but not before looking back out to where his buddy Kane was standing.

"Until we meet again."

With those words spoken, Wesker shut the car door and drove off into the moonlight.

[Kane]

"Peace through power."

Kane watched as Wesker took off in an armor car and then slipped back away into the cloak of night. Kane wouldn't stand still for very long and returned to the alleyway from which he came. He got on his phone and called his commander.

"I want a unit sent to the research facility in Isafaro in sector eleven. A clean up unit. Once inside retrieve samples of the T-Virus and then eliminate the infected on the inside."

Kane then hung up and looked around up at the evening's sky. He was confident his commander could do the job and then he would have his visit with General Vulture.
