History: Tori Jacobs was born and raised in Moon Valley to Terry and Tina Jacobs and has one older brother named Toby Jacobs. She grew up with five friends: Shinta and June Greenaway, Lily Mayweather, Nex Aaron, and Mary Thompson. The six did everything together and are still good friends even to this day.
Tori met her high school sweetheart, Danielle Grey, and the two dated while in high school. Before college split them apart. After college, Tori enlisted in the Moon Valley military and became a part of its army branch. She finished basic training and slowly rose up through the ranks of the Moon Valley military becoming one of its best soldiers.
A few years later Tori would meet a woman by the name of Kara Danvers and Tori was transferred to the DEO which Moon Valley's Mayor, Val Templar, established to combat the supernatural forces invading the city-state. Tori then met an agent named Supergirl and the two became close. She then found out that Kara Danvers and Supergirl were one and the two fell in love. Tori now works with Supergirl under the order of Director Alex Danvers to combat the supernatural forces inside of Moon Valley and to protect the seal to the Demon World located underneath City Hall.
