History: The Librarian's story begin in a world called Gallifrey. Where Time Lords and Time Ladies live in peace observing time. As a child she was led to look into the time stream which causes children of Gallifrey to either be inspired, driven mad, or run away. The Librarian was the former becoming inspired by the time stream and wanting to learn all she could about time and space.
She studied for years and were never taken seriously by her peers because of her youth and inexperience. The Librarian was given a TARDIS at the age of 225 and began to explore time and space. She was sworn to only observe time and space and to not interfere, but she quickly broke that rule and interfered in many different affairs saving the day. Becoming a Renegade Time Lady unable to return home to Gallifrey. Sensing danger, the Librarian travels to the world of Jenesis to learn more about the Downward Spiral.
