History: Hotaru was born to Dr. Tomoe and underwent surgery after a lab accident reduced her into being part cyborg. She kept his secret and lived with various health problems. One day she made a new friend named Chibiusa and the two became close. Chibiusa found out about her cyborg nature and Hotaru would become a target of the Outer Sols looking to prevent Sailor Saturn's awakening.
Hotaru then became Mistress Nine and summoned the entity known as Pharaoh 90. Her father would die but she would be saved as she awakened as Sailor Saturn and defeated Pharaoh 90. Later being reborn into a new baby girl and adopted by the same people who once hunted her. Haruka and Michiru. She later grew up again and became Sailor Saturn once more. Also repowering the Outer Sols and making them stronger. They did battle with Galaxia and died, but was returned through the wish of their Princess Serenity. They then lived in peace until a mystical energy dragged Hotaru towards it and brought her into the land of Jenesis far away from her friends and faimly.
