He ruled over an Empire and battle his enemies until he was captured and executed, but before his execution he tasted human blood and became an immortal vampire. He rose from the grave and laid waste to his enemies in no time flat.
He then took on three wives and lived throughout Jherra. Coming to Hallowton where he met a woman named Mina who reminded him of his first wife. He turned her into a vampire but earned the wrath of Abraham Van Helsing who bested him and slayed him, but Dracula would not die, but only be raised again at a later time.
He found out that Mina was killed by a woman he once loved and he went into an angry depression. Eventually he overcame his grief and became the vampire known as Val Templar. Attempting to take on a different battlefield. The political arena. He met a witch by the name of Sarah and the two went on to win the Moon Valley Mayor election. Val Templar AKA Dracula became Mayor and guardian of the Demon Seal. He then later green lighted the former alien hunting organization the DEO to combat the supernatural beings gunning for the demon seal. He now reigns peacefully as Moon Valley's Mayor.
