I understand where you're coming from, Shin. It can be difficult to decide where to place a new character. New thread may not get any replies, and you may be trespassing if you enter an already existing thread. Maybe ask first?
I still have to make that thread for us with Nod going after the T-Virus and work on a starting post for Kano.
